Terms of Use for Customers

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WeCycle platform, operated by WeCycle, a division of Tanbel Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("WeCycle," "Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the WeCycle platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or agreements referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the WeCycle platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Services
WeCycle connects users with haulers for the removal and disposal of junk and related services ("Services"). While we facilitate these services, WeCycle does not provide the services directly. The Haulers who provide services through our platform are independent contractors, not employees of WeCycle.
4. User Obligations
- Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using the platform.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive conduct when using the platform, including but not limited to harassment of haulers or misuse of services.
5. Payments and Fees
You agree to pay all applicable fees for services ordered through the WeCycle platform. Fees may include service charges, taxes, and additional charges based on the nature of the items being hauled or removed. Payment processing is managed by our third-party payment provider, and by using our platform, you agree to their terms and conditions.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies for services are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking. Users may be subject to cancellation fees if services are canceled after a certain time or under certain conditions. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the platform’s policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the WeCycle platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeCycle or its licensors. You are not permitted to use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission from WeCycle.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Delaware. You agree that any legal action related to this agreement must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
9. Limitation of Liability
WeCycle is not responsible for the actions or conduct of haulers or other third-party service providers. You agree that WeCycle is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur as a result of the services provided by haulers or your use of the platform.
10. Termination
WeCycle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that may harm the platform or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time by providing written notice.
11. Changes to Terms
WeCycle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting an updated version on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeCycle with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior agreements, understandings, or communications are superseded by these Terms.
